These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Phreshie website (the "Site") and any products you purchase from us. "Phreshie," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Phreshie. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

Some products, including first-edition runs, are sold on a pre-order basis. First-edition orders are expected to ship within 60–90 days of purchase. Estimated windows are good-faith projections, not guarantees, and may shift as we complete production.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Discount codes are private, non-transferable, and may be modified or revoked at any time.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession of your package. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Because our products are personal-hygiene items, return eligibility is limited. Please review our Refund Policy for the specifics on damaged goods, satisfaction concerns, and non-delivery.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site, including our name, logo, copy, and images, is owned by Phreshie and may not be used without permission.

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Always discontinue use if you experience irritation, and consult a medical professional with concerns.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
