Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. We're working on expanding — if you're outside these regions and want Phreshie, email us at info@phreshie.com and we'll keep you posted.

First-edition orders are a pre-order for the very first Phreshie production run and ship within 30–60 days. This is a good-faith estimate; we'll email you with progress and tracking the moment your order is on its way.

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order and free on orders of $24 or more, so every Phresh Wave box — and any Valet ordered with one — ships free. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise fees.

When your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within the expected window, check your spam folder and then reach out to us.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute a package once it's shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of your package. If tracking shows a package was lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
